Debbie Hatfield is a graduate of The Art Institute of Seattle’s School of Culinary Arts. Over the past 2 ½ years, she has continued to pursue her dream of bringing fine dining to your doorstep! Debbie takes her passion for food and creates meals that nourish your body and uplift your soul. As a personal chef and caterer, her clientele is quite diverse. At Absolutely Cookin’, we do anything from quiet, intimate dinners for two to large theme parties for groups up to 500. Whether you have special dietary needs or you just want to entertain at home, Debbie and the staff at Absolutely Cookin’ will pull out all the stops for your event. We are dedicated to creating delicious food and providing convenient, time saving services for our clients. We’re here to help ease the burden of balancing work and family life with time for sinfully delicious meals that you get to enjoy in the comforts of your own home. We are also dedicated to giving back to the community, which is why we donate our services in various fundraising events such as: Virginia Mason Dreambuilder’s Ball, Eastside Domestic Violence Catch a Rising Star Auction and Dinner, Central District Forum Food as Art, Powerful Schools Auction, Skills, Inc. Aerospace Internship for Special Education students, and various other charities. In addition, Debbie also organizes “Dinner for 100” which has become a tradition in her family. Every Christmas day, Debbie prepares a turkey dinner with all the trimmings for the homeless in the Pioneer Square area of downtown Seattle. Along with a group of her friends, Debbie has been serving at least 100 people a hot, Christmas dinner at around 3:00 pm EVERY Christmas day since December 25, 1999.
